if you are Leopard user, use this command in terminal :

dscacheutil -flushcache

if you are Tiger user, use this command in terminal :

lookupd -flushcache

Bonus; if you are Windows user, go to the command prompt [cmd] and use this command :

ipconfig /flushdns
